Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the USA and to the UK. Please see our shipping policies page for additional information.

How do you ship?

We currently ship via USPS...either First Class or Priority shipping. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and takes 1 to 3 business days for Priority Mail and 2 to 7 business days for First Class Mail (after processing time) throughout the US. The timing for international shipping is estimated on a case-by-case basis- however, Priority shipping (USPS) to the UK may take 6 to 10 business days. If you have any questions about shipping, or are interested in a bulk order, please contact us and we will create a special order, just for you!

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Take a look at our home page, where our production time is updated regularly! See above for shipping time frame (see "How do you ship?"). Add both of those together (processing + shipping time) and you can figure out when you should receive your order. We send update emails along the way, so you'll know when your item has shipped!

I need my order fast...is that possible?

If you need your purchase sooner, no problem!! We can expedite the production process to 1-2 business days! Just add RUSH my order! for each product that you need rushed. This does not expedite shipping time...if you need expedited shipping, please contact us directly!

Do you offer wholesale?

Absolutely! We love working with local shops, boutiques, synagogues, museums (and more!) that align with Chai Design!

Are the colors on your charts accurate?

As much as possible!! However, every screen is different and therefore colors may appear different in person than on screen. Please understand that there may be a slight difference in product color in person vs. what you see on your screen. If you are looking for a color that you don't see on our site, let us know!! Chances are, we can do it!

What color and font options do you have for your products?

We are happy to customize and personalize any of our products! You may see the ability to personalize the vinyl color, glitter color, and even font! Take a closer look at the options:

I want to place an order for a large party or bridal party. What is the easiest way?

Depending on the number of products and personalization you could:

  • Choose your items and include specifics in the personalization sections and in the "note" section at checkout. We will message you to confirm your purchase
  • Contact us for a custom listing! We offer special discounts on large orders.
What are your business hours?

We are open Tuesday through Friday and on Sunday, but are closed on Saturdays and Mondays, and we ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Contact us and we'll return you email or phone calls within one business day- but usually much sooner (within hours)!!

I received my order but it was damaged in transit, what do I do?

Unfortunately, items can be damaged through the shipping process at times.  Please take a look at our Returns Policy for more information about damaged products, returns, and refunds. 

I received my order but it was misspelled, will you replace it?

Many of our items are personalized. We check and double check the information provided by you in the personalization and "note" section at checkout regarding names, spelling, and requests (usually, we just copy and paste your personalization note!). If the information provided to us is incorrect, which leads to a completed and misspelled product, we are happy to create an identical product for you for 10% off the purchase price not including shipping (you must contact us directly). If the information provided to us is correct, but we make the mistake, we will reproduce and promptly ship the corrected product at our cost.
